Zoom Rules:
We have a few rules for the evening so that everybody can be safe and enjoy the meeting:
- Make sure that your zoom name is your real name or you will not be called on at any point in the night.
- Remember tonight to turn your cameras on and get in a quiet place so you can enjoy the night.
- Stay muted during the night. The host will unmute you when you are called on
- In order for you to interact in the night you will need to keep your video on with you in the video at all times or you will be dismissed from the meeting.
- Once you are in, do not be a distraction by changing your background or trying to draw attention to yourself. Virtual Backgrounds should not be activated.
- If you leave the meeting at any point, you will be allowed to come back in to this waiting room but it may take several minutes before you are let back in.
